Indosat Ooredoo & Erajaya Group Formed JVC

Expanding Indosat Ooredoo Network Outlets Throughout Indonesia

Jakarta, November 24, 2015 – Today, Indosat Ooredoo and Erajaya Group signed an agreement on formation of a Joint Venture Company (JVC) to expand the network of customer service outlets as part of the efforts to facilitate the public in obtaining telecommunications services via more than 300 Indosat Ooredoo outlets throughout Indonesia.

The formation of this joint venture aims to deliver excellence of Indosat Ooredoo and Erajaya in providing telecommunication services and handsets at the same time, so that the public and customers can obtain telecommunication solutions under one roof. The signing was done by Alexander Rusli, President Director & CEO of Indosat Ooredoo and Budiarto Halim, President Director of Erajaya Group.

Indosat Ooredoo wants to deliver a new experience for the customers to enjoy comprehensive mobile services. Indosat Ooredoo, through its various mobile service package desires to get closer to customers in order for the customers to easily obtain solutions and information at strategic and accessible places. Indosat Ooredoo outlets allows customers to purchase new handsets, including trade-in with the latest handset with official warranty, insurance protection, as well as choosing a variety of 4G data package that suits your needs.

To provide a complete and thorough solution, Indosat Ooredoo, through its subsidiaries, cooperates with Erajaya Group, a leading-edge electronic devices retail and distribution company in Indonesia which has been presenting the latest smartphone devices from various leading brands.
