Indosat Ooredoo Achieves IHCS 2015

An Appreciation for the Improvement of Human Resource Management System

IHSC 2015 - Indosat, Ooredoo Group member, achieved an appreciation from Indonesian Human Capital Study (IHCS) 2015 for the category of the Improvement of Human Resource Management System being applied.

Jakarta, 26th of October 2015, Indosat Ooredoo, Ooredoo Group member, achieved an appreciation from Indonesian Human Capital Study (IHCS) 2015 for the category of the Improvement of Human Resource Management System being applied. IHCS is a study concerning about human capital management in organization or company held by Dunamis Human Capital and Indonesian Business News Magazine along with the support from PMSM (Association of Human Resource Management) Indonesia, SBM (Business and Management School) ITB, Prasetiya Mulya Business School, and Business School of IPB.

The study conducted by IHCS generates Human capital index Norm from several industries in Indonesia such as Insurance Industry, Financing, Property and Real Estate, Telecommunication, Infrastructure and Utility, Mining, and various industries. This fact helps organizations to know how far they fulfill the expectation from the employees. By the presence of Norm and the survey result related to the organization and its Human Capital management, organizations In Indonesia can set the benchmark and way of improvement needed in Human Capital aspect to support Indonesian business development.

IHCS 2015 appreciation is given in sequence of strict selection process for months, those are; filling the questionnaire/data collection; presentation by the Human Capital director/division head; interview by panelist team consists of Dunamis Consultant, expert, practitioner, and Human Capital academics. This indicates the appreciation given to company is a credible and prestigious appreciation.

In the final event of IHCS 2015, Indosat Ooredoo became one of the speakers in HC sharing session presenting the Human Capital system considered to be superior. HC initiatives (policies and excellent HC program), the need to face current business challenge especially in retaining today’s macroeconomic condition were also presented in this session.
