Data Rollover FAQ’s

  • What is Data Rollover?
    Data Rollover is the remaining main quota that has been carry-over when internet package is successfully renewed or rebuy/upgrade their internet package
  • How to get the Data Rollover?
    Data Rollover will be automatically applied if :
    • Success renewal for Unlimited, Freedom Combo and monthly internet package.
    • Rebuy the internet package before subscription period end date to internet package with the same price or higher price.
  • Is Data Rollover Can be enjoyed by both Prepaid and Postpaid user?
    Yes, For prepaid user applied if user subscribe to Unlimited, Freedom Combo or Monthly Internet Service.
    For Postpaid user applied if user subscribe to Unlimited Packets, right now Data Rollover is not eligible for Freedom Postpaid user.
  • Can Data Rollover be Use in All Area?
    Yes, Data Rollover can be used in all area.
  • Can Data Rollover be Use in All Network?
    Yes, Data Rollover can be use in all Indosat 2G/3G/4G network without timeband.
  • What will happen if user run out of Data Rollover quota?
    The next usage will use other available quota. If there is no available quota the usage will use retail tariff (Rp/KB)
  • How long is Data Rollover active period?
    Active period for Data Rollover is up to 12 month if user successfully renew their internet package subscription. After reaching the 12 month of active period, the Data Rollover will be reset
  • Is there a maximum amount for leftover quota that can be accumulated for the next period?
    Maximum leftover quota that can be accumulated is100GB
  • What will happen to the Data Rollover Quota if the internet package renewal failed because of user doesn’t have enough balance?
    If internet package failed to be renewed, the Data Rollover Quota will be reset
  • How to check the remaining Quota?
    Remaining Quota can be check by accessing MyCare, Dialing *123# or text “USAGE” to 363.
  • If user rebuy Super Internet from Unlimited Internet Package will the remaining quota be accumulated?
    If user rebuy the package with the same price or higher price, then the remaining quota will be accumulated, but on renewal the Data Rollover will be delted/reset because Data Rollover doesn’t apply for Super Internet.
  • If User Subscribe to Freedom Postpaid, will the remaining quota can be accumulated in the next month?
    For now Data Rollover doesn’t apply for Freedom Postpaid.
