- Flat tariff applied to Freedom postpaid package and the tariff will applied according to new term and condition of the new subscribed package.
- Benefit of the remaining Freedom postpaid package will be reset and new benefit of the new package will applied according to the new package.

Freedom Postpaid Terms and conditions

1. Definition

Fair Usage Policy is determined limit of the Service with the quantity as determined by Indosat Ooredoo.
Indosat Ooredoo is PT Indosat Tbk, domiciled on Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat No. 21, Jakarta, 10110, and owner of the brands Indosat Ooredoo, Mentari Ooredoo, IM3 Ooredoo and Matrix Ooredoo.
Quota is the usage limit and/or availability of data, call and Short Message Service (“SMS”) on Freedom Postpaid Service according to the package selected by Customer.
Data Main Quota is the data package service usage available for 24 (twenty-four) hours.
Stream On + Enjoy your Daily Apps is the internet package service available on 24 (twenty four) hours and applicable for selected apps
Freedom Postpaid Service is a service providing access to data, call, Short Message Service (“SMS”) and value added service by using Indosat Ooredoo network.
Family & Friends Service is a service providing Customer to have more than one postpaid number in single billing account.
Mega Byte Per-Second (“Mbps”) & Kilo Byte Per-Second (“Kbps”) are the measurements of data data access speed per second.
Customer is an individual and/or corporate that has agreed to use the Freedom Postpaid Service.
EXTRA Package is an additional Quota package that allows customers to add up the amount of Quota excluded in Quota which contained in Freedom Postpaid Service chosen by Customer.
Roaming is a telecommunications service at overseas.
Super 4G LTE is a super rapid Data network owned by Indosat Ooredoo that allows customers to get data access speed up to 185 Mbps.

Monthly Fee of Freedom Postpaid Service package is pro rate
Registration and activation of Freedom Postpaid Service can be done via Indosat Ooredoo gerai, contact center, telesales and online E-Store
Freedom Postpaid Service applied for postpaid whether new or existing customer and/or migration from prepaid to Indosat Ooredoo postpaid service.
For data Quota usage applies rounding of as follow:
- The rounding of data quota is per 75KB; and
- The rounding of 4G data quota is per 500KB.
- The rounding of Stream On & Enjoy your Daily Apps is per 500KB
Customer can purchase EXTRA Package to add up the Quota of Freedom Postpaid Service.

For Data, Voice or SMS usage by Customer who have exceeded the quota and Customer do not have additional packages, then the Customer will be charged the basic rate for the usage of data, telephone and SMS (The following basic rate does not include VAT).

Data Quota usage is using following hierarchy:

- 4G data Quota (if customer is in 4G area);
- Data Main Quota.
Terms for 4G Data promo are as follow:
- Valid within Promo period; and
- Fair Usage Policy is applied on Unlimited 4G Data Bonus for Freedom Postpaid package XXL and XXXL.
Fair Usage Policy is applied to the usage of Unlimited Voice & SMS to Indosat Ooredoo number.
Stream On + Enjoy your Daily Apps, valid only on certain application as follow
- Stream On : Youtube, Instagram, IFLIX, Spotify, Catchplay, Klikfilm, Mivo, vidio.com, Google Maps
- Enjoy your Daily Apps : Whatsapp, BBM, LINE, FB Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, Path, Uber, Grab, GoJek,

4. Terms and Conditions of Family & Friends Freedom

New or existing postpaid customers and migrations from prepaid to Indosat Ooredoo postpaid service can apply as the main number of Family & Friends service.
Additional number can be applied from new or existing postpaid customer and/or migration from prepaid to Indosat Ooredoo postpaid service.
The Main number owner will own and also take full responsibility for all additional numbers under their Family & Friends Service.
Package of additional numbers within Family & Friends Service account shall be lower or same of package of main number Freedom Postpaid Service.
Term of Freedom Postpaid Service package discount is only applied up to four (4) additional numbers and can be seen on https://indosatooredoo.com/freedompostpaid
In the event that there are members of Family & Friends Services account whether main number or additional numbers that are no longer in Freedom Postpaid Service then the provisions of the Freedom Postpaid Service discount packages is no longer applied for any numbers on such Family & Friends Service account.
The discounts scheme for Freedom Postpaid Service package is no longer applied to any additional number(s) who were out of Family & Friends Service account service.
The order of main number and additional number is determined by the time of activation of Family & Friends Service account.
If one of the additional numbers removed from the Family & Friends Service account, the next numbers will go up in order and the discount scheme will adjust the sequence change.
Indosat Ooredoo is entitled to impose soft block and / or a hard block sanctions to any number belongs to Family & Friends Service member account both main number or additional numbers in the event Customer breach these Terms and Conditions including the negligence of Customer to postpaid bill payment.
