  • What are the terms and conditions of IM3 Ooredoo Passport?
    The terms and conditions are as follows:
    • IM3 Ooredoo Passport package tariff is valid for 3 Days, 5 Days, and 7 Days.
    • Tariff already includes 10% PPN (income tax)
  • Should I register the Packages in Indonesia or when I’m abroad?
    Registration can be done both in Indonesia and upon arriving abroad (country of destination) with the same registration steps. For your convenience, we advise you to register before departing.
  • Does the customer have to have operator manual settings?
    Yes, the customer suggested doing the manual settings, selecting the operator registered in the IM3 Ooredoo Passport package.
    • If a customer is connected to a network of IM3 Ooredoo Passport roaming operator partners, then get the maximum internet speed & will use the main quota of the domestic data package owned by the customer.
    • If a customer is connected to a network of non-preffered roaming partner operators, the customer cannot access the internet ((block data), so that customers can only enjoy telephone and SMS services.
  • How do I register for IM3 Ooredoo Passport?
    To buy the IM3 Ooredoo Passport Package it's easy and there are many options to choose :

    • Aplikasi myIM3 (untuk Android & IOS)
  • How is the calculation of Active period on Ooredoo Passport?
    If you register in Indonesia, the package's active period starts to be counted since you first arrived in one of 16 countries (Asia & Country where there is a Group Ooredoo operator network) and connected to the operator network there. The package must be used no later than 15 days from the registration date (dormant period).
  • I already success to do register IM3 Ooredoo Passport, but when I arrived on those selected countries, the package can’t be use. How can I use the benefit?
    Please make sure several steps below to enjoy IM3 Ooredoo Passport services :
    1. For Postpaid customer, please make sure your International Roaming features Active on your number
    2. Make sure you have subscribed to domestic packages such as Unlimited Packages, Freedom Combo, Freedom Internet Plus and Jumbo for prepaid customers or specifically for postpaid customers must have Freedom Combo Packages, Freedom Postpaid, Super Plan
    3. Mobile Data & Data Roaming are ON/enable
    4. If you want to enjoy the Internet while Roaming, please make sure your APN setting on your Mobile Phone are as per below directions:

  • What if the main domestic quota runs out?
    If the domestic quota runs out, your will be charged as pay per use tariff of Rp2/KB and max charged Rp. 99,000/day But customers can buy extra domestic if the main quota runs out thru myIM3
  • What happens if the IM3 Ooredoo Passport package expires?
    If the validity period of the IM3 Ooredoo Passport package expires, the customer will be charged to the retail Roaming Internet tariff applicable in the country visited.
  • What happens if the validity period of the domestic package has ended?
    If the validity period of the domestic package has expired, but the IM3 Ooredoo Passport package is still valid, the customer will be charged domestic retail tariffs according to the tariff of Rp2/KB and max charged Rp. 99,000/day
  • Can customers buy extra domestic packages while abroad?
    Yes, customers can buy extra packages via * 123 # or myIM3
  • Does the customer get a notification when the main quota will run out?
    Yes, if there is a remaining 50 MB and 0 MB domestic data package quota, then send the notification of the main data packet quota to the remaining 50 MB and 0 MB
  • What if my balance is exhausted when I’m abroad?
    No worry, you can still do reload via electronic channel, e-banking/ATM. You can also do self-service reload by visiting our page: https://topup.indosatooredoo.com
  • How can I check status of the package and remain quota?
    You can check your subscription status & remain quota.

  • Can I unreg the package while still active?

  • Can I rebuy the IM3 Ooredoo Passport package?
    Yes, you can rebuy the package via all channels. You will get the confirmation to buy via UMB *122*1*200# or cancel it via UMB *122*1*201#
  • For benefit package, how the calculation? Does it use visited country or Indonesia time-zone?
    For IM3 Ooredoo Passport, the calculations are based on Indonesia time-zone (WIB). It will reset every 00:00 WIB
  • Do these Packages apply auto-renewal mechanism? Did I get notification when the Active period was over?
    IM3 Ooredoo Passport will not apply auto-renewal. It will automatically UNREG when the period is over. You will get notification when package expired.
